CIAO BELLA

This was one of the most intense and rewarding projects I’ve worked on so far. I was fully in charge of the entire production, from start to finish. I coordinated with national and international booking agencies, managed artist logistics, scheduled build-up and teardown times, handled accommodation, and oversaw all backstage operations. Every detail — from technical production to contracts — went through my hands. It was a huge challenge and a massive learning experience that really shaped the way I approach large-scale events.
